Then it was time to collect the tent from where we had left it before our Ridge Attempt It was sitting up in Coir a Ghrundda, and Jim kindly volunteered to go and get it while I played on the beach at Glen Brittle. It is a long walk and while he was up there the mist came down, making the scramble up into the stony upper corrie very hard to find and even harder on the way down. Meanwhile, unaware of any difficulties I photographed the sea and the patterns in the shelly sand and got lost in the swirls and rivulets that the sea drew for me.
