Walk up Cirjoch
After the Ebike adventure we still have some energy, so walk part way up the Gardena pass to see the hotel we will move into tomorrow, find new paths leading down into the meadows, then take the cable car up to the Grodnerjoch where we walk up through the magnificient limestone towers and weird shapes to Cirjoch. Here we can look down into a new valley, the wild and desolate rocky landscape at the back of the Sas de Ciampac. There is a lot of snow still lying, and now it begins to snow again as we stand on the col. Down in the meadow again, Jim finds he has left his glasses in a cable car, so we wait a while as they are retrieved from the top and sent down in their own car giving me plenty time to look at the flowers and the sheds.
