Back at home after a quick change and a repack of the bags, we set off walking this time up the track to the North side of the Chaine du Gigondas, where the sun is now coming round. We do a couple of 5s, there is nobody about at all, then Jim tries a 6b, called ce soir ou jaamais, but finds it wet and dripping, and a stone comes off under his feet. Then around the corner, Regine, at 6a goes well. We start walking back at around 8pm and arrive back at the cottage just as it gets properly dark.
