After walking round Leirnukur, We move on to Vitti, the Krafla crater, a blue lagoon beneath a red rust dust mud rim with boiling pools and snow behind. Wait in the sun on the decking of the Tourist Fee collectors hut for the bus.
Later we move our tent to a grassy isthmus with water on three sides and ducks on four. The camp site ask everyone to move their pitch after 3 nights to keep the grass green , so instead of moving just a foot or so, we had a whole new location.
